All items are genuine and authenic brand new - sourced at the very best prices for you from around the UK and beyond in some cases, or they are factory seconds and used items we've sourced. All used items are from smoke and pet free environments, clothing is always washed and ironed - good to go, like a brand new item.

 

 

P&P costs are clearly labeled on all products, and delivery time to you from order is around 3-4 business days - please note with larger items such as nursery furniture, they are often delivered direct from the supplier/are made to order, and can take a few weeks if not immediately available - we will always advise you if this is the case. Please ask if you would like your items dispatched using a courier alternative to the Royal Mail. Default prices start from £2.99, and covers most items in the store (excluding the heavier items, which may be free P&P anyway).

With the more expensive items (Cots / Prams / Cameras etc) we use a recorded courier delivery, and you will be required to sign when the item is delivered, so please ensure somebody is in to receive. you can specify a work address if this is easier. We will advise when the order has been dispatched, and generally the turn-around is 48 hours from that point. If no-one is in, the courier will leave a card and try again, to a maximum of three times. If they are unable to deliver after three attempts, the postage charge will be applied again to deliver (as the courier will also charge us). On lower priced items (clothes, Harness Buddys, Mummy Clips etc) we us Royal Mail - so if no body is in, the item will await collection by you at your local sorting office.

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods within 28 days with your receipt, for an exchange or full refund (this does not include the original postage charge.)
Unless faulty, returned goods must also be in an unused condition and in their original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
